Wine Evangelo Red Gerovassiliou Estate. Evangelo is a blend of the red varietal Petite Syrah and white Viognier. The vinification of the two takes place in oak tanks Burgundy 40HL. The common extraction gives the wine stable color, smooth taste and rich aromatic character.
