Wine Gerovassiliou Estate Red. Produced from the varieties Syrah, Merlot and Grenache Rouge with the classic red vinification. Aged for about a year in French oak barrels. Gerovassiliou Estate Red has glamorous Magenta color and complex bouquet of spice and ripe black fruit such as plum and cherry. In the mouth noble tannins supported by plenty of fruit, creating an impression of strength and balance. Displays long aftertaste with repetition of spices. Accompany lamb in the oven with potatoes, grilled steaks, aged yellow cheeses, game, red meats with herbs. Great aging potential (10-15 years). Serve at 16-18°C.
