Wine Menexes Domaine Rose. The rosé wine of the Menexes series is a result of the combination of the varieties Kotsifali (85%) and Malvazia di Candia Aromatica (15%). This is a lively rosé wine, with a crisp acidity and a long aftertaste. The predominant aromas are those of rose and strawberry. It should be served at a temperature of 12-14 οC. Ideal to accompany sushi, shellfish, white sauces and soft cheeses.
