Wine Merlot Red Boutari Winery. Merlot Boutari has a simple aroma without complex composition, typical of the Merlot variety, intense freshness characterized by aromas of strawberry, raspberry and black cherry complemented by aromas of spices, vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth the wine is quite aromatic with rich volume, light acidity and good balance. Combine Merlot with red and white meats with full of aromatic sauces, meat pie, chicken fillet dipped in mastic with sour cream, pasta with sweet sauces as well as salad with prosciutto and orange, also with various cheeses, gouda and cheese. Drink at 16-18°C.
